The call usually comes at the worst hour
Tires do not choose office hours. The ones that strand a driver tend to go late at night or early on a Monday, somewhere on a feeder road with nowhere safe to pull in. That is exactly when the difference between a shop that answers and a shop that does not is measured in a whole shift.
We run 24-hour roadside on the commercial side for that reason. It is not a premium add-on, it is the honest requirement of selling tires to people who run trucks.

What happens when you call
Tell us where the unit is, what it is, and what the tire is doing. Size, axle position and whether it is a steer, drive or trailer position all change what we put on the truck, and knowing it before we leave the yard is what keeps it to one trip instead of two.
We come out to change or replace on site where that is the right call. Where the casing is repairable and safe to repair we will say so rather than sell a tire that was not needed, which is the same way we work at the retail counter.

Chapter 03
Cutting how often you need us
Most roadside calls we attend were avoidable weeks earlier. Under-inflation, a casing that had already been run flat once, or a mismatched dual pair carrying more than its share are behind a large share of what strands trucks around Houston.
If your units are calling roadside more than occasionally, the tires are telling you something about the maintenance interval rather than about bad luck. We are happy to look at the pattern with you.
