New and used
Tires and wheels
New name-brand tires from the leading manufacturers and used tires when that is the sensible call, across passenger, light truck, performance and run-flat.
Chapter 01
The tire is chosen by what the vehicle does
A commuter that mostly sees the freeway, a work truck carrying weight all week and a lifted truck that spends weekends off pavement want genuinely different tires, and the price difference between them is usually smaller than the difference in how long they last on the wrong vehicle.
We carry passenger tires, light truck tires, high-performance tires, run-flat tires, mud and off-road tires, and ATV and off-road sets. All of it is name-brand rubber from the leading manufacturers.

New, used, and being straight about which
Used tires have a real place. If a vehicle is close to being sold, or a budget genuinely will not stretch this month, a sound used tire with plenty of tread left is a better answer than driving on something bald. We stock them for that reason.
What we will not do is put a used tire on where it is not safe, or mix a set in a way that upsets how the vehicle drives. If a used tire is the wrong call for your car we will tell you that at the counter rather than after.
Call (713) 234-0629 with the size off the sidewall or the year, make and model, and we will price it over the phone. In-house financing is available if the timing is awkward.
Chapter 03
Reading your own tires before you buy
The size is on the sidewall, something like 265/70R17, and it is the fastest thing you can give us. Worth checking that all four match, because mismatched sets turn up more often than people expect on used vehicles.
Tread depth is the other one. Once the tread is level with the wear bars moulded into the grooves, the tire is finished regardless of how it looks. In wet Houston weather that is the difference between stopping and not.
